What is Quality Assurance?
We recognize your spa’ing options are vast. We are one of only 10 spas across Canada (and one of only 3 in Alberta) to achieve the Quality Assurance Approval.
The Quality Assurance Program is aimed at providing spas with a consistent, credible and reliable means of verifying that they meet industry standards and best practices in a program that can be administered professionally and equitably from coast to coast.
This is the eighth consecutive year the L Spa has achieved accreditation with its comprehensive quality, hygiene, safety & training. The process is extremely detailed; with an inspection and it is a pass/fail situation. The L Spa and Wellness Centre is the only Quality Assurance Approved Spa in Grande Prairie.
We wave the Quality Assurance logo proudly. It is a benchmark which effectively elevates the profile of the spa because it instills confidence in our clients that we are committed to superior standards of care.
