Covid-19 Guidelines

Please be aware of the following implemented guidelines for appointments:

  • Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have temporarily restricted access to our couples room. Packages can still be scheduled, however the services will be preformed in separate rooms for the safety of our guests and team members
  • Our Tranquility Lounge is currently unavailable, for this reason we are requesting that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment with the required in-take forms which are provided digitally ahead of your appointment. Please call us once you arrive so that we may confirm your arrival. We will call you once your therapist is ready to receive you for your appointment.
  • A hand sanitization station is located near our entrance. Please sanitize hands immediately upon entry.
  • Please practice physical distancing guidelines. For this reason we request that you attend appointments unaccompanied unless you are a parent or guardian accompanying a minor.
  • Please be advised that we are required to monitor your temperature prior to an appointment due to the close proximity and intimate nature of our therapies.
  • We request that you refrain from handling any product directly. Please ask for assistance when viewing retail products.
  • All amenities were temporarily removed from our washrooms and tranquility lounge. You may bring your own, purchase amenities from the spa or enjoy complimentary hotel shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel amenities. Spa Package and Multi-Appointment Guests please be aware that there may be extended wait time between appointments to allow our team to properly sanitize rooms and stations.
  • Please wear a face mask for the duration of your visit. If you do not have a face mask or face covering please inquire at the L Spa front desk about the options available for purchase. If you are unable to wear a face mask or face covering for your visit we will gladly reschedule your appointment for a time when the government or public health agencies makes it possible for us to alter the existing policy. You will not be charged any cancellation or rebooking fees at this time.

However, these best practices still offer no guarantee regarding your potential risk of being infected.

  • Please DO NOT enter the facility.
  • You MUST self-isolate and visit www.ahs.ca/covid and complete the online self-assessment tool to determine if you need testing for COVID-19.
  • Please do not visit a hospital, physician’s office, lab or healthcare facility without consulting Health Link (811) first.
  • If your symptoms worsen, call 811. We are experiencing heavy call volumes and will get to your call as quickly as we can.
