Salary: $50,000.00 Yearly, for 40.00 Hours per week, Gratuities, Medical Benefits

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Staff Responsibility: 1 - 20
Budgetary Responsibility: $500,001 - $1,500,000
Specific Skills: Develop and manage programs and services, Provide technical and professional advice, Develop policies and procedures to implement programs
Additional Skills: Recruit and train staff
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detailAbility to Supervise: 16-20 people
Essential Skills: Reading text, Writing, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, Computer use, Continuous learning
Other: Minimum of 2 year diploma in Esthetics, Skin Care or related field and min. of 2 years experience in Spa Management
